This is ridiculous. I can't believe these people can get away with this. I am having the same problem with this Company's site. The first night I joined I was immediately trying to get a refund being it was nothing as expected and I am still trying 15 days later. There should be a law that contact informatin be very visible on the site of these ripoff artists. I can't file with the BBB because I have no information to give them such as address or anything therefore I can't even get past the questions of the companys' initial information. I am disgusted and would welcome any advice, and suggestions to how I can make consumers BEWARE!
