Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
The TV advertisement says "Try it free for 30 days." So we downloaded it installed it and were immediately suspicious when we saw a charge on our account! How can something be advertised as "FREE" for the first 30 days and then charge you immediately after you first sign-up??? What happened to the FREE 30 days??

To me, a 30 day FREE trial is just that, FREE. Don't be taking my money out of my account when it's suppossed to be FREE for the first 30 days!!!

I called to cancel within the first 2 weeks. After waiting for 20 minutes on hold, I was finally able to speak to someone to cancel and I was placed on "silent" hold whatever that is... for another 5 minutes.

I told them I was not satisfied with the connection speed of 44 kbps and I wanted a refund because I cancelled before the 30 day trial was up.

He told me I didn't sign up for the free 30 day trial offer.

I told him the TV ad says FREE 30 day trial. Well, the website does NOT even mention a 30 day trial. So based on the TV ad, I signed up anyway, figuring that IF it's advertised on a national TV commercial, it must be a solid offer.

They refused to refund my $9.97 (I also chose the accelerated technology to go 5X faster) because I signed up for 3 months at 1/2 off the regular price NOT the 30 day FREE trial. Well where the hell is the 30 day FREE trial offer on the website??

ANSWER: NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!

So...

1) The TV ad is FALSE & MISLEADING.

a) Offers a FREE 30 day trial (FALSE)

b) Makes you BELIEVE the first 30 days are FREE (MISLEADING)

2) The website is DECEPTIVE.

a) Does NOT even offer a FREE 30 day trial anywhere (DECEPTIVE)

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

If you don't like the service, they will NOT refund your money!

The connection speeds are just AWFUL!!

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ON RIP-OFF REPORT!!
