Peoples First Financial, Inc. Want Payment up front, because some clients didn't pay for service. San Diego California
Referred by internet to Peoples First Financial, as a company that would help us to work out a modifcation with aur mortgage company. He said that we should be able to get our payments lowered and fixed rate onthe loan, that the loan could be dropped to what the value of the house isand our property tax would be included in our new payments. When espressed my concerns about the company still calling, he said that was normal, they want to scare you into giving them money. don't make the payment for our property taxes he told us that it will be included in the new contract. I comunicated with him not to use credit card as i was transferring funds and would take longer than i thought. when u found that this company was ripping people off icalled my bank,but the jerk had already processed $795 withdraw. so, now they have $1095 of our money and our mortgage company has no authorzation from peoples first. preforeclousure letter arrived today.
The guy we are working with now is not the person orignal contact was made with, she never bothered to return e-mails and when I asked about her question was ignored. Maybe her little voice won and she couldn't deal with ripping people off anymore.
I truly hope that this helps other people just wish there was an easier way to get information out so others won't end up in this boat. No way I can make up the payments we were told not to make to our mortgage company. I only hope that is not to late to find someone who can help us. Our income is not what was because I had stroke and am on disability. Don't want to loose what we have and i trusted the wrong people. Peoples First Financial, What a joke. The only people they put first is themselves. Not the people who come to them for help.
