People's Lifestyle Inc. They said that you could make money at home, with a book that they charge you $48.96 most of the company;s in the book is FRAUDULENT companys. Slidell, Louisiana

I was looking for extra income, there was an add in the local news paper for a company for making extra income at home, I contacted them. The company's name is "PEOPLE'S LIFESTYLE INC." they said you pay a one time refundable fee of $48.95, and that was all the money I had to pay to start working from home, at any time I could request a refund.
They sent out a book with the companys names that you contact, you are supposed to call the company's in the book, and within 24 hours, the company would send out there products, you start working. Well I call within an hour to get my refund, they told me I couldnt get a refund back because they had already sent out the book, and the only way to get a refund was if I was denied work by any of the companys.
The name of the book is called "EXTRA EARNINGS UNLIMITED" The company's in the book are FRAUDULENT COMPANY'S. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSSINESS FOR OVER 25 YEARS scamming people like myself out of there money. How is this possible????????
