I came today (7-26-07) around 2:20 PST for a simple spark plug installation, I brought the correct spark plugs (NGK Iridium VQ35) for my 03' Nissan 350Z. I did not come in because my car was not running right but a good maintenance habit, then after about 1 1/2 hour the mechanic came in to the store and said that I should get my throttle body cleaned because that contributes to rough idling and loss of efficient gas mileage, so I said I just had the fuel injection cleaned about a month ago across the street at EZ Lube, then after another 1 1/2 hour the mechanic came in again and said to the customer service representative that the reason why I was have a rough idling is because one of my fuel injectors is not working and its not injecting any fuel on one of my combustion chamber, so I asked how much it is to get it replaced and the lady CSR said it is about $164 for the part which they need to order and about $299 for the labor to install it but since its already around 5:30 pm and its getting late, I said I will just come back then when I got into my car and started it my car just started rattling and the engine did not sound like its a V6 engine. and when I tried to put some gas so I can move the car to the front of the store and complain to the CSR it felt like my car's engine turned into a lawnmower. I will be coming back tomorrow so their manager can look at what was done to my car and I will keep the site posted on the result.
