On saturday Jan 12, 2002 I was stopped by the Philadelphia police department on my way to church to a mens breakfast and the Philadelphia police gave me two tickets because my car was not inspected.

my stickers on my car was expired so after the breakfast I went to the upper darby pepboys located at around 67th and market street in upperdarby Pa, to get my car inspected .My car was running excellently breaking was marvelous.

No problems whatso ever. While at the pepboys store the employee behind the counter in the automotive side of the store(the repair and inspection side of pepboys) told me that their would be a few hours wait(so I called my bride to be who lived not to far from the store where I would meet her while my car was waiting to be inspected).

I left my car Keys with the store employees and gave them two phone numbers where I would be when my car was finished from being inspected. They never called me and it was now six thirty that evening..

I left my car their at 12 fifteen that afternoon,so my fiance'and I went to the store to pick up my car ,to discover that my car was on the lift running with no one in the car near the ceiling, running my fiance'asked them if my car was finished and he kenny the store employee said yes and brought my car down to the floor and scraped of the old stickers and drove my car around the block twice.

I paid for my services rendered and we left to go shopping to discover that my breaks were not working properly the same way as when I left my car I now had to pump my anti lock breaks to get my car to stop.

I would usually not have to pump my breaks ,but press down lightly and my breaks would all work together to stop my car. so I took my car back to the pepboys store twice that night they began test driving my car again (kenny the store mechanic),put my car on the lift and started doing somthing to my car underneith .

If i pump my breaks they would become tight and stop my car but if i press lihhtly my breaks would go down to the floor, now I have a dangerous breaking problem,so now I had to park my car and cannot drive my car because my car has now became a hazard, and by the way my car passed inspection....can you please help me to get this probem corrected
