Complaint Review: Perkins Gentle Giants - Nationwide

I have paid 800.00 for Nana on the day that she was on a transport to Danielle Dawson. She had a contract with us stating that we pay 800.00 up front and then when I received the paperwork from her I would send her the remaining 300.00 bringing the cost of Nana to 1100.00. Between this time the previous owner reported her stolen, called me and asked how I had gotten her. I told her that Danielle called and sold her to me and I met the transporter at a gas station off of I-57 so it was easy for her. Danielle never had possesion of Nana and she has been in my possesion since that day Oct 16th. Danielle has since then blocked all communications with me, had third parties contact me and I've been told by the transporter that Danielle was done and I was just to pay her because Danielle had not paid the transporter yet as of this date today. Danielle has gone back and forth on the price of Nana since we said that the contract was void because she said she was the owner of the dog but she had not even paid for her as of Oct 16th. I have our contract, tons of text, messages from Facebook and even a police report that she filed against me. They told her it was a civil matter. Nana is healthy, did she have worms yes, but is now cleared and has gained 20 lbs since I had gotten her. If you read on my facebook page www.facebook.com/perkinsgentlegiants you will see how much my dogs and my families are loved.  Here is a copy of our contract, my payment to her, then her refunding me because I called her bluff, then she put a claim on that too, then I had paypal refund her. She has excepted the 800.00 but will not talk to me in any form of communication because I will not pay through paypal again or do I trust her without another contract stating this is all over.

On this date     October 6, 2015      , Danielle Dawson is entering into contract with Debbie Perkins for an AKC Saint Bernard female by the given name of “Nana”. Registration of FULL will be given to Debbie for breeding/show purposes.

I, Danielle Dawson, am sole owner and have full rights to rehome her. With that said, I am giving Debbie full ownership of “Nana” immediately upon payment. Debbie understands that “Nana” is to seek a veterinary check-up as soon as possible due to her previous home. Danielle will not be assuming any responsibilities from here on out regarding “Nana” and her breeding or healthcare.

This deposit is non-refundable towards the price of the AKC Full Registered Saint Bernard “Nana”. Total price of the dog is $1100.00, of which $800.00 will be paid today, October 6, 2015, leaving a balance of $300.00. Balance to be paid upon the receipt of the AKC Registration papers.

**Disclosure: Once you receive your dog, if for some reason you cannot keep him/her, you may return the dog to me (seller) with no refund, and at your expense.
