Perma International, Inc. t/as Cool Zone On-Line Cool Zone This company took my money and never shipped the products that I ordered. They will not return phone calls and they will not answer e-mails. Niagara Falls, New York
April 8, 2010 I ordered an A/C system sealer kit from Cool Zone for $67.95. A month later They have never shipped my order.
They will not answer phone calls and they will not answer e-mails. There is no way that you can contact these people once they get your money. I tried several times and never any answer.
They use rbsworldpay, (apparently another fake company), to collect the money for them. I also tried to contact rbsworld pay and again nothing.

I have called the assist line and have spoken to the individual on the other end.
I have emailed him this like and they looked at it. They said there may have been some issues in the past, but they are on top of this now.
I ordered some Ebooks from the and they have followed up with thank you emails with
phone number and email address if any assistance or issues that need to be addressed.
I will order additional DVDs from them shortly. I sincerely believe that this company has
is now reputable and trying to build a consumer following. Give them a call and see the difference.
