Personal Choice Outfitters Non delivery of products ordered Buckeye Arizona
I spoke to a LT. in the Buckeye, AZ police department on Sept. 30, 2013 about my unfilled order from May, 2013. Here is what he told me. The Police LT. sent a SGT to the site in Buckeye, AZ to verify that it is in fact a real store. Personal Choice Outfitters is both a "brick and mortar" and an "internet store". The internet store is run by Joseph Silva Phone number 623-695-4806. The store used a company called 1st Data Credit to clear their credit card payments, but 1st Data has decided that they do not want to do business with retailers that sell anything to do with firearms and is holding funds from Personal Choice Outfitters. PCO has filed a law suit to try to settle this issue. The brick and mortar store manager is Mark Janko.
In May 2013 I placed an order online and mailed them a check which they cashed 3 days later. I left several voice-mails and sent them several emails and didn't get a response. Today October 2, 2013 I spoke with Mr. Silva and he told me he would be sending me a refund in the next 10 days. I would suggest that if you sent them a check for an online order and haven't received your items to call Joe Silva. If you used a credit card you might want to call Mark Janko, the brick and mortar store, and get some information and see if you can join the lawsuit to get your money back.
I will post again on October 14, 2013 regarding my refund.
