PET CENTRAL Ripoff, Bad business practice, do not care about the health of the animals they sell Las Vegas Nevada, Internet, Nationwide
My name is Lori ((REDACTED BY ROR)) and I was President of B((REDACTED BY ROR)) Nutrition, INC. I owned & operated 11 location in Las Vegas for 16 years.
I wanted you to know a little of my backgroung so everyone that reads this is aware that I know what to expect of a professional business with good ethics.
To keep it short I purchsed a cream French Bull Dog for $3000 in cash from Pet Central. They give you a few days to take it to your vet to have it checked ou. which I did. The dog had to be hospitalized and I spent an additional $2500 on the dog. He was very, very, sick. I have every record to back up this claim.
When I called them to explain, the Manager just brushed it off as nothing. The dog remained ill and Pet Central REFUSED to pay for the care. I could not let the dog die. He got well enough to come home but was still sick. I did not want the dog to die on me or have a relapse and cost me thousands of additional dollars.
I returned the dog and all they would give me was the $3000 I paid for the dog. Remember, I followed their rules about having the dog checked out to the tee. The Vet that I used also told me he had many sick dogs come from Pet Central.
So I would advise anyone looking to purchase a puppy that you not use PET CENTRAL in Las Vegas. By the way the dog's name was Tough Guy! I miss him!
