Pet Rehoming Network is a fake service run by Debbie Moore, a notorious online scammer in Calgary, Canada.
Debbie Moore is an international thief and steals web sites from her customers along with their PayPal accounts and their funds.
Do NOT use this crook's service.
She will STEAL your dog and sell it in Canada!
Her other company https://moore-designs.net/ is a front to steal your entire web site, the contents and your customers.
Pet Rehoming Network was recently stolen from one of her customers (and yes she stole his Paypal funds too!).
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police and FBI have been notified.
