Pet Taxi & Pet Services Unlimited rip-off
Pet Taxi services at Cedar Center, South Euclid. Paid in full to have 2 dogs walked daily or at least let out in the yard. Dogs were fed but Pet Taxi was unable to get the dogs to leave the house. Subsequently the dogs soiled the house numerous times. Pet Taxi never called to say things were not going well. I returned home to the stench of urine and feces. I voiced displeasure with the service and asked for a refund. No such luck. No money is forthcoming and my carpets are ruined. So basically I paid to have dogs poop in my house. I love this country.
