You were 45 minutes late for your appointment. The groomer reserved a time slot for you and you decided not to keep your appointment. Groomers don't go over the cancellation policy to every client because the assumption is that the client will be on time for their appointment. 15 minutes late for the appointment is usually a good indication that you've decided not to keep your appointment. You can complain all want but you know that you were wrong in this case. Oh, and don't EVER pull the racist card. That is the lamest excuse in the book.

Im not going to waste alot of time trying to bring a voice of reason to your ears. Instead, I'm going to amuse myself with a "consumer comment." You're a fool, and the very fact that you noticed the color of the other customers and the employee while keeping track of the order they were helped, so you could make an idiotic accusation like that, kinda makes you sound like the racist, Edna. I'll tell you what though, to make this easier for you to understand, I'll lay the facts of this matter out in plain English, (sorry for it only being in English, hope you dont take it personally). Facts- 1. You were late for an appointment and consequently, you were not helped. Not one thing in your report proves that Nicole was racist. The truth is that you just wanted to slam her because she didnt drop everything right then and there to help you. She wasnt racist. Maybe, the white people were just on time.

Why should a person who is there on time have to either wait or take their dog to another store when it's your fault that you were not there at your scheduled time. YOU are responsible for what YOU caused not the employee(s) or the store, I think it was nice of them to arrange for you to go to another location to have your dog groomed (which, no doubt, you will most likely be late for that appointment too). Remember, YOU are responsible for YOUR actions, YOU, not the store or it's employees, caused YOUR problem. I'm am tired of people not being responsible for themselves and try to blame everyone for their mistakes, problems or situations.

Okay YOU showed up 45 minutes late. PETCO could not accomondate you at a later time. Why you ask? One simple reason this is a holiday and were probably already booked up. "I have brought my dog there for three times now and they never told me that when you are late you have to get another appointment. They have never said that even when I called up a day before." - So you make it a habbit of showing up late? "I know I was late but she never took care of me at all and I was ahead of the other customers" - YOU were late, those other customers had appointments and showed up on-time when they were supposed to. "PETCO should teach their employees to be nice and fair to all the customers" -PETCo is being nice and fair. There were fair to the people who actually showed up ON-TIME. Would it be fair to the other customers who showed up ON-TIME and had to be inconvinenced because YOU were late and feel like you are special.

Funny, funny, funny. Albeit, Edna, is not a Asian sounding name, I suppose that is racist for making that comment. It seems that it is normal for you to be late and still expect preferred service. Anything less than that and you claim racism. Do not know if the store was staffed heavy or light, since it was a holiday. Does not make a difference. Common sense dictates that Juanita came in for grooming without having an appointment for that time. Feel free to offer a rebuttal about that to embellish your story. If she had, had an appointment, they would have had to groom her pet before yours. Who would your racism claim be against then? Juanita, Nichole, or both? I will assume that the other whitey customers that came in had their pets groomed? Common sense dictates that these customers had appointments. But, in your and Juanita's world, PETCO should have waited on the customers with no appointments or late arrivals first. Don't you feel that most of this issue is your fault for not showing up on time? All of this drama would have been avoided if you had shown up on time or if you had called to let them know that you would not be there at your appointment time. I am sure that they would have told you that you would have to wait and hope for a no show or that you would have to set up another appointment. It could have been that simple. Just like the name of your dog. The only just complaint would be from the customer that brought a pet in for grooming only to be told that they had to wait because they were grooming the pets of a person who had no appointment and the person who was an hour late. Again, your making demands not for good customer service but preferential service. Good luck to you and to those who have to be around you.

It always amazes me that people have to be told when you have an appointment for something you have to be TOLD that you need to be on time! It is common sense lady that you were a freaking HOUR late for your appt. So EVERYONE , REGARDLESS of whether they are white or purple should come before YOU because you were LATE! You should have been told that your space has been filled and please come back another day. They schedule these times for a purpouse. They only have so many kennels for dogs and if you are late you have taken up a space that was for your dog. I cant believe you have the nerve to be late and call that a rip off? Where is your pride lady? Pride on being a responsible dog owner, pride in being on time so that the groomers can stay on schedule and not have to wait and wonder if you are coming. I am wondering if you had someone coming over to your home and you were going to watch some one child for money. You waited and waited and you only had a three hour window because you had other appointments you had to do that day. Would you be a happy camper when she arrived an hour late and expected you to stay the entire time making YOU late for your other SCHEDULED appointments? If you are responsible person, the answer would be NO! Stop playing the race card . It is old and the rest of us responsible people , regardless of our color, are sick of it. Here is a tip: BE ON TIME, NO WAIT, TRY BEING TEN MINUTES EARLY! PEOPLE LOVE IT!

You show up 45 minutes late for an appointment, and you say the groomer is racist because she didn't groom your dog? That has to be the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life. The people who were seen had APPOINTMENTS that they showed up on time for. Why should they wait and let you go first? I am appalled by your self centered attitude. I would have been rude to you too. Right on Nicole!
