Peter Frances Geracie Law Firm I filled a bankruptcy with this rip off company and filed a chapter 13 and for 3 long years I paid more than 7000 dollars and when it came down to discharging my case the letter came stating they were discharging my case cause of not turning over my incom Ripped me off for over 7000 Chicago 89410
This company ripped me off after filing with them a bankruptcy! I paid over 7000 for 3 years and when it was time to discharge my case they came up with excuses and went ahead and claimed it was discharged cause I didn't turn over my taxes which was off set by IRS I provided proof as of why I didn't and they kept asking for forms from IRS I provided and they said okay you just wait for the trustee to send me final paperwork! And the next email said they went to court and discharge my case never ever having told me it was going to court! They refused to take calls
