Peter & Owen Hoang, are Ebay regulars. They go under the screen names of " Pestarino" and " Tennisbum" . Pestarino is definitely a fitting nickname for this "California Couple" and the way they do business. These 2 purchased a Camera from me that was packed and shipped in Excellent condition, I have 3 witnesses and 4 pictures to prove it. The Terms of the sale were " as-is", but as I said, the Camera was in fine shape. All of the sudden I have a claim filed against me by the Duo that The Camera has dents, scratches, both lenses are broken, and best of all " It smells like Cigarette Smoke". That last one was an immediate tip in my book as to their Gender preferences, (if u get my drift), but I calmly asked to see a photo and suggested tey contact UPS about possible shipping damage. They wanted no part of UPS, refused to send a photo, and had Paypal automatically yank 180 dollars outta my account before I even had any chance whatsoever to submit my side of the story. Beware of doing business with these two, they are like the lady who buys 12 dresses at the store and returns 11 of them after she's worn them out for a nite. It's a safe bet these two were supporters of California's new " Matrimony Law, as they are obviously a couple. Nuff said.
