Peter Nemethy/The Nemethy Group and his wife, Dawn Nemethy Owes me money, does not pay his employees, accuses his employees of things they didnt do. St. Petersburg Florida
I worked for this individual as his real estate assistant for several months, he is paying his assistants bonus' that he is not suppose to be paying them,its against the real estate by laws, and I have copies of the checks to prove it.
He plays games with his employees and he has his wife playing games for him.
After he fired me for no reason, a month later his wife texts me from his phone accusing me of taking rent money, keep in mind there has been no communication since he fired me and he told told me that if I didnt give hi the money the police would be involved, and when I got down to the bottom of it all it was just a game to them.
I have also witnessed shady real estate practices by this person. He is a liars, he rips people off as much as he can, he calls his clients names, he is a liar, a coward, shady individual and his wife plays the ganes right along with him.
He has his assistants doing work for him that legally they are not allowed to do, and I have also filed a complaint with the Pinellas County Board of Realtors and with FREC.
Do not do business with this man, he is not honest, he is always looking for the big payoff and doesnt care how he gets it.
Currently to date this man owed me about 1800.00 in back pay.
