PetFoodDirect Delivery Takes Forever!!!! They Lied About Delivery Time!!! Internet
Do not order from PetFoodDirect.com unless you want to wait forever for your products to arrive. They tell you your order will be processed within 1 day. Wrong. I ordered my product on September 18 and today is September 30 and I have still not received my product. I've had to call twice. What a waste of time. To top it off, they aren't there in the evening and weekends, when you'd like want to deal with this issue. Not sure if this is just some company working out of their home or what but it's completely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
