I paid this company 500 at first for the adoption of a puppy then another 400 for refundable insurance then they said I had to pay an additional 400 for change of ownership which I refused and then they said they was going to put the do in a pet rescue and never heard from them again. When I said I was going to report them, they shut down their website and the alleged breeder changed his phone number
