I came accross this report clearly by accident and I can only give my personal experience with PetsBestRx when treating my dog for demo mange, which was a very bad case of mange. After I started using the products, I thought at first it made it worse. I called the company and complained because I was scared to harm my dog and put him through more pain he was currently gone through. They explained to me what was going on and we changed a few things on how I was applying the products. I bought these products because there was a guarantee. After a week of use, my dog was looking 75% better and about 3 weeks later there was no signs of mange. This company worked with me even when I phoned 3 or 4 times a week. Their return policy is plainly written on the website in a couple of places and its even printed on the back of the regimen that was in the package. It clearly states that the guarantee is contingent to phoning in if you are having problems within 4 to 5 days so they have the opportunity to change the regimen if its not working. I think this is fair, but most of all, it worked for Jake. When I ran out of product, before Jake was 100% healed, they sent me out more product FREE of charge. I felt that this company cared about helping Jake. All companies have stipulations to their guarantees and its up to the consumer to read the return policies. People are so quick to accuse companies of being fraud of SCAMs on the internet if things don't work out the way they want them to. I did not experience anything like this lady did. Susan

See why I am frustrated with these people? I did not get mad until they gave me a "bought the wrong product" story and no one would return my calls. The receptionist offered me some soap. Their story is "free products" Not once did she offer products for the correct treatment. That is a lie. My dog never got better - why would I want my money back if SHE did? I never said anything to her about being too busy. Are you kidding? Very Unprofessional. Bad Product. Total Rip Off.

As an employee of PetsBestRx for the past 2 years, I have personally seen hundreds of dogs succesfully treated using our products for mange. I have spoken to many happy pet owners whose vets wanted to put down the dogs, but the owners used our products and their pets got better. Unfortunately, in the internet business, as well as other business, when people do not follow directions on how to use products, or they place an order all by themselves, such as Jo did, and never call to see how to use the product, they get mad. This paticular customer, whom I personally called back, 10 minutes after I walked into our office, had waited over 3 weeks after recieving her products to begin treating her dog because in her words "she was too busy going to visit relatives and she did not want her husband or kids having to take care of the dog" When she did start treating him, she only did so for 3 days, when the directions clearly state that demo mange needs to be treated for 30 days. I went over everything that she was doing to treat the dog, he was actually getting better, and even offered to send her FREE products so that she could do the treatment correctly, for the designated amount of time. She told me she was too busy, and just wanted her money back. Every single company has guidelines that must be followed in order to qualify for a return. She did not follow any of them. We wanted her dog to get better so we offered her free products and help, she did not want to work with us at all.
