I work in the sales department of Viapren. I am very upset that customers are coming to a legitimate website and posting horrible things about Viapren. Every call that is taken is recorded for quality assurance and they listen to them as well. Automatic shipments and billing are ONLY done with an "ok" or "yes" by the customer. The customer DOES receive a full 10 days from the day they call to get back and let us know if they want more or not. If they don't want anymore all they have to do is call. The other offers work the same way. if you don't want anymore you will not get anymore. just call us and let us know. It is very simple. People just forget to call or don't pay attention when they call and don't hear the whole offer. I have worked for this company for a long time... and this product really does work for a lot of people that use it. The best ages are between 30 to 70. I am sorry to everyone that failed to listen to the whole offer and as a result were charged... YOU DID AUTHORIZE IT OR WE CAN'T CHARGE YOU!! LISTEN!! Viapren Sales Floor

I received the product by just paying the shipping. I think your case is an isolated one. This product is incredible. I can not believe the quality and the low price. I do not know how they can charge so little for such an outstanding product.
