Phenix Investigations, Brian Bauer is unlicensed outside of Indiana, Sues its clients, Violates privacy Greenwood Indiana
Phenix guaranteed they would retrieve stolen property. They did not. They were not even licensed in the states they worked. They botched the investigation and then lied about it. Very incompetent. Thought they could outwit a con artist. They couldn't
Then they tried to do more to cover it up and tried to charge me. They have sued many of their clients. They obtained a fraudulent judgment against one and have lied to the Courts numerous times.
They have overcharged me and tried to overcharge me more. They also did an asset search and came up with less than I did over the internet.
Brian Bauer is a bully.
The BBB has fraudulent reviews and all the reviews here should be on there too so that they don't rip off anyone else with their false A+ rating.
