Phil Long Chapel Hills Wasted my time and money Colorado Springs Colorado
| I received a recall notice in the mail. I called Phil Long Ford - Chapel Hills. Set up an appointment to get the repairs done. Showed up on time for my appointment and was told that they had to order the part and that this was procedure! ? Why did they make me waste my day off, gas and time to drive all the way there to tell me that they had to order the parts, after all this is a recall on a Ford product. |
