Complaint Review: Philip Seldon - NY New York

This inital posting was apparantly made by Irina's live-in boyfriend Cheyenne Crow in retaliation for r Philip Seldon's posting his rip-off's of his former girlfriend of $150,000 and his having served time in jail for having harassed his former live-in girlfriend for harassment on ripoffreport.com. Irina is from Minsk and does not have the command of the written Enlish language to have written this posting. The conclusion is inescapable that it was written by Cheyenne Crow.

Cheyenne Crow served time in jail for stalking, harrassing and intimidating his former live-in girlfriend (see below). He ripped off a former girlfriend for $150,000 after manipulating her into falling in love with him by taking her money to invest in his (now former) company Exmovere Holdings, Inc. for unsalable stock. She is suing him to get her money back. He took money from several other women who he also manipulated into falling in love with him to invest in Exmover including Irina who is also the subject of a ripoffreport.com posting. He took Irina for $25,000. While in the report "Irina" says "Nobody took any money from me and all that he says is lies" in actual fact Cheyenne Crow took $25,000 from her which has been confirmed by David Bychkov, Chairman and CEO of Exmovere.

Cheyenne is presently two-timing Irina according to another woman who has contacted the Cheyenne Crow Victim Hotline (877-6974557) romancing her with telephone calls, emails and making dates recently as April 27th.
 
Philip never took "nasty" photographs of Irian. The photographs he took of Irina were artistic and beautiful. Irina was Philip's lover five and a half years ago for six months and after that became his best friend for five years until she moved in with Cheyenne in January. During this time she shared all the details of her life with Philip including all her intimate secrets. While Philip's lover she willingly and enthusiastically posed for seminude photographs and was never under the influence of alcohol. Philip never got her drunk and never put pills in her wine. During their five year friendship Irina and Philip traveled extensively in Europe and South America sharing the same hotel room. During this five-year friendship they had a "friends with benefits of sorts" relationship that continued through December, 2010.
 
In early 2010 the man who Irina was living with in put her out on the street leaving her no place to live. Philip took her in to his New York City apartment as Irina could not afford her own place to live. He paid her $75 a week to clear his apartment to supplement her meager income as an esthetician. Philip loaned Irina money and loaned $5,000 to her teen-age son to start a rare coin business on eBay. He paid for her airfare for her to visit her parents in Minsk. He was truly her best friend and like a brother to her.
 
Once Irina moved out of Philip's apartment he has not tried to see her or telephone her. He has not stalked her, harassed her or her family. Cheyenne as Isolated and alienated her as he has his other girlfriends from their friends and family as is his history. All that he has done is send her emails telling her not to give Cheyenne Crow any more of her money as she will never see it again.
 
It is very sad what is happening to Irina. Once Cheyenne Crow is through with her and puts her out on the street and ruins her life as he has ruined the lives of his other girlfriends she will have her regrets. One can only hope that she does not give him the rest of her life savings. You read about men like Cheyenne Crow all the time in the newspapers. Hopefully Irina comes to her senses and breaks free from Cheyenne's Svengali domination from her before she loses all her money to him.

In July 2009 Cheyenne romanced another of his girlfriends into investing $150,000 which was all of her retirement savings into Exmovere Holdings, Inc. also knowing that she could never recoup her investment. She is suing Cheyenne and Exmovere to get her money back as the sale was illegal as Cheyenne sold her the stock knowing she was not an accredited investor just as with his current girlfriend.

Cheyenne Crow lives in lavish condos in McLean VA and New York City. Exmovere Holdings, Inc. is headquartered in McLean, Va. He claims to be 46 years old but actually is 57.

An individual who lived with Cheyenne Crow for several months is convinced that he is psychotic and a psychopath.

H. Crow called me excessively stating 8:50 in the morning calling me names. I told him to stop call me after the third call but he continued through whole day making aprox 5--60 phone calls between my cell and the work phone. Aug. 21 he read my e-mail that I asked him not to call, not to come to my jobs, not to follow me. he was also contacted by detective Hollan (202) 224-0928, and told not to call me. After that he call approx 15-20 times using different phone numbers. Still continuing calling. call me more then four times today (Aug. 22). Send obscene emails to my bosses disgracing me. Send emails to my sons school. He is also calling me at work trying to book appointment with me for for the haircut. He is calling my work under different names as Lawyer Robert, sometimes sending e-mail under different women names.
Cheyenne Crow is my ex-Live in boyfriend.
 
August 29, 2008 Written Statement to Police
 
Defendant call on the 22nd and stated that we will have date and sex on the 23rd. There were numerous hang-ups at the Image One through the day and he showed up approx. at 4:10 pm at the shop. Police was called. As soon as he saw the police he ran from shop. 15 minutes after he call the shop and said he was Steve and he needed to talk to me. He called 21 more times on the 23rd and kept hanging up. Most of the calls were made immediately after each other. In the evening I picked up the phone couple time as soon as I heard his voice I hanged up. On the 24 Sunday Heard his voice. I hanged up. On the 24 Sunday he called 20+ time in the evening saying he wants to meet, that he has my stuff and we need to talk. He keep calling every minute or every few minutes for the next couple of hours insisting to talk to me. On the 25th of Aug. I as informed through receptionist at work that he is making phone call under false name trying to male appoint for back wax and massages. He is steel sending the harassing emails to my bosses and coworkers. On the 26th Tuesday he call me at work several times saying that he has the wrong number when my boss picked up the phone. When I pick up the phone he kept tell me to drop the charges against him because he can't see his children, saying how would I fee if I can't see my son Mirel. He was warning me to stop repeating the calls. He also try to reach me on my cell. He call me several times that evening to. On the 27th he call several times again at the shop and my cell. Yesterday 08-28 he called Capitol Hill hair salon (my other job) introduced him self to Cindy Brown - my coworker as Magid, he wanted back wax & massage with in the private room at 12:00 pm. On Sunday Aug. 24 I went to my storage unit. It was empty. He could not know where my unit was unless he was folowing me around. Somehow he also known every time when I am out. When he talked about the charges they were this charges case no 1E00368677.

All true for Philip Seldon make me drunk and make naked photos of me. He forced sex to me. I afrid of he and me aforign women no can do anythang. He wil not leav me to live my life for peace. He try to ruin me hapy days with my life. He try to hurt my lover by make mean news. Why? He is not nice person in life.

The only thing true about the report by Irina is that the photos were not deleted but that was no big deal - the photos were a work of art. I do not believe that Irina actually wrote the report but that it was written by or that it was written under the control of her boyfriend Cheyenne Crow in retaliation for the ripoffreport.com reports about him ripping her off for $25,000 and his former girlfriend for $150,000 and for his having served time in jail for harassing his ex-live-in girlfriend. Philip did not take nasty photos of Irina and she was not drunk. Philip took beautiful artful semi-nudes of her which she wanted for her memories for her old age on one occasion. Philip took lovely photos of her in her negligee on another occasion for the same reason which did not reveal anything improper. Philip took some photos of her in Bear Mountain where she opened here blouse. She posed in towels, bathrobes and the like over the course of a year and was never drunk. Irina does not get drunk. There were no photos ever printed and none were in file cabinets.

Irina was never told that Philip wishes to distribute the photos to people or sell them back to her. Actually, she deleted all the photos off his computer in the middle of the night so he can not do that. In the process, she also deleted thousands of other photos of his travels and his cherished cats. This man is not a menace to woman but her current boyfriend, Cheyenne Crow is - see the reports on ripoffreport.com.

Philip has never harassed Irina nor her family or her friends - this is a total lie just as her lie that nobody took money from her and that all Philip says in that regard is lies. Philip confirmed from David Bychkov Chairman and COO of Exmovere that Cheyenne Crow, then COO of Exmovere, took $25,000 from Irina as an investment in Exmovere and that she is a stockholder in Exmovere. Irina lies that she did not give $25,000 to her boyfriend Cheyenne - her statements in this posting similarly are lies in retaliation for the postings about her boyfriend Cheyenne Crow.

Irina has no reason to call the police as Philip has had no contact with her other than to respond to her emails and has not in any way bothered her other than send her one email with information about Cheyenne's history. He is only trying to insure that she does not give the rest of her meager life savings to Cheyenne Crow so she won't be penniless when Cheyenne leaves her as he has his other girlfriends after getting at their money.
