Philip Shy Shinalt Property Manager Property manager ripooff Shy Shinalt keeps rents and deposits paid by tenant and does not forward to owner! Galveston Texas
We contracted with Philip "Shy" Shinalt in Tyler Texas in November 2013 to manage our rental property. He found a renter and collected the depositis but did not forward the rents to us. After five months our repeated attempts to contact Mr. Shinalt were unsuccessful. We now see he closed up shop in Tyler and moved to Galveston and we see another victim posted on this site that he did the same thing to them in Galveston. Mr. Shinalt if you are reading this, do the right thing and forward the money you were trusted with to the rightful owners.

Phil Shinalt has done so much bad business in his own name that he now goes by his minor son's name, Shy Shinalt.
He is not trusted in the community in which he grew up in. Do not let him mislead you to believe that the
complaints you read about are about his father who shares the same first and last name. Family members have also been victims of his scams.
How he remains "in business" is incredible.

Shy Shinalt (s**+ Shinalt/Philip Lee Shinalt) also stole tenant rents from me. There has been a complaint filed with the texas real estate commission.
