Do not be intimidated by this companies so called warranty. I believe that if you do not get the correct item, such as rebuilt incorrectely, that is a breach of contract and the warranty would not matter. Please check with a lawyer or legal aid on the long arm statute of your state. This company has gotten away with this way too long and it is very sad to see all the people that have lost their hard earned money to them. If they were reputable, which I personally know that they are not, there would not be this many complaints against them. I suggest you go to as many car repair websites that you can and post your experience with Phoenix Transmissions. I was treated so rudely like it was my fault that they did not complete their part of the contract. It is a real shame that they keep getting away with this but most people are too busy with just trying to get their car running and spend so much time and money to correct their bad transmissions that they are unable to pursue a lawsuit. Also, email the local tv stations Consumer advocates in Phoenix and tell them of your experience. If they get enough complaints, maybe they will go under cover and expose these ripoff artists.
