Phoenix University This school is a big fraud!!! Phoenix Arizona
I thought that I made a great choice by enrolling into Phoenix but it is totally a big mistake for me. I was only enrolled in this school for only just a little while and I notice that my grade seems to be slipping from 87.97% to a 56.00% now you see that I was devasted and also concern about this.
I had email the professor concerning this matter in my grade. It had taken her about three days to replied back to me and said that this wasn't a mistake. So,I had called my enrolled advisor about this matter and I told her that this not fair and the instructor couldn't give any just cause for this grade.
I wanted to withdraw from this school but my enrollment advisor had me thinking that I could not complete my education any where else but through them at the time. She encourage me to try it again. So, I refuse to contiue to logged in any more my mind was completely made up.
I started sending email to this advisor and asking for a withdrawal request and my enrollment advisor seem very hot and mad about it because of her unprofessional email that was sent to me. She had replied to me if I withdraw from phoenix that I must go through her and I will have a bill with them plus to send my excess checK back to the school.
My balance from this school is 16,000 and the excess check was in the amount of 544.61 which I have not seem at all so they tell me but it will not go toward the balance amount either. I thought that was very odd and my full pell grant plus student loans should cover everything therefore it should not be a balance at all from this school.
It should be something really need to be done about this because these people are getting ripoff. I want to see justice done. I want to see this school close down for good. I want this action to be report to the Dept. of Education and the BBB.
