Mr.Wade Rice aka RIckTJustice...or coward and slimeball
this person claims good business practice and denounces his competitors as thieves and yet he personally takes down his competitors ads in any way possible. Mr.Wade doesn't have offices,he uses the public library space to conduct this shady business.
Mr.Wade also owes his competitors money over 3thousand dollars for he used to work with them,before he ran off and started this thing he calls a business.

I have put my name out there to deal with these scam artist storm chasers. And that is why they are on the attack. Picasso Homes is an honest operation and we do quality work because good contractors of solid moral makeup surround this organization. Another reason Urban Renewal is no longer affiliated with Picasso Homes.
