FACTS: Agreed to entire re-paint with body work. They sprayed over existing hood and fender hail damage that we agreed to fix. They didnt remove the head or tail lights for this repaint, looks real tacky. They cut and left stereo speaker wire to all 4 doors when painting the door jams.
They also didnt paint the back of the truck cab underneath the rear window or the top of the truck bed rail just beneath the window. Leaving a 4 inch original color paint stripe. Looks like s**t. They forgot to paint the faded plastic windshield wiper cover just behind the hood as we had agreed...
Izzy the owner blamed his estimator saying he underbid the job. Izzy refused to do anymore work on the truck quoting that he had hit "BUDGET". Then came my ultimatium, to pay and take the truck as-is or he would start imposing a daily storage fee. Which to my surprise was legal and with in his rights, so I idid.
So, off to court we went. In September I won a judgement against pacassios for a $1000 refund + court costs. After several attempts to collect Izzy has decided to ignor the court order and not refund my money as of 1.10.16. So Beware when paying cash to pimp your ride. Izzy alone holds the power to decide what you get and when its done. 'HE'S A GREAT RIP-OFF ARTIST"
