I was satisfied with the photographer, Christena, I felt she did a great job in getting my kids to pose. The problem is that my photos were taken on 3/20/2008 and according to their schedule I was to pick them up on 4/10/2008. I was called by an employee at the studio on 4/7/2008 and was told that out of the 18 sheets that we ordered, they only have 3 sheets in the envelope. The employee told me she didn't know what to do and would have a supervisor contact me. Well, no supervisor contacted me and I went to retreive the 3 sheets that they did have. At that time I was told by Christena, in person, that it would be about 2 weeks to get the rest of the sheets and that they were ordered. According to her, something had happened at the lab and no one knew why the other sheets were not printed. Now, 2 weeks later, I found out that I will not get them before the 20th of May, according to Megan, employee of the studio. She said they were not re-ordered until the 4/23/2008 (even though I was told they were ordered on 4/10/2008) and that it does take a long time. I called their corporate customer service and was offered a 30%off refund, but told they could do nothing else. The problem is this-I ordered these pictures for Mother's Day, which is 5/11/2008!!!!!!! I thought I was doing good by having them taken almost 2 months ahead of time, but WRONG! Thanks to Picture Me! my mother-in-laws Mother's Day present is going to be late! I told the Customer Service girl, Gina, that right now they have more than 2 weeks at this point to print these pictures for me and get them out, but she said there was nothing they could do. I have a call into the supervisor or district manager, but as of yet no one has called me back. Poor employee Megan said that the supervisor told her to tell me nothing can be done and she will probably not call me back. My response was that I will start calling local media outlets if no one calls me. This should serve as a warning to anyone who reads this, don't expect everything to go smoothly with a company that has so many complaints on the internet that it takes until page 2 on a google search to get to their company website!!!!
