In small print above a purchase confirmation button is a declaration "By clicking below, I'll be charged $9.95 and agree to the adjacent purchase program terms and conditions", but searching their site, I could find no such document. I am expected to agree to terms that are never disclosed to me. Searching for the terms using a popular search engine only revealed a number of complaints from people who proceeded to click, but no such actual document.

Just below the trial order form is the following:

Here are those Terms and Conditions prominently located just below and left of the order form. They’re not even in “fine print.”
