After I got a response back from pinkdiscount.com via email. She kindly said they would refund my account since the item was out of stock. That is wonderful and I hope to see the credit soon but wished they would've contacted me via email in the first place and told me that. So I just wanted to clear that up. Guess they were waiting till it came back in stock to mail it. Best to let the costumers decide if we want to continue wating or get a refund and look elsewhere for our products. All in all, no attorney will be called. lol
