Pink Lime beauty salon Rip off artists!!!! Calgary, Alberta
Do not use this salon!! I went in sept 2011 and was told if I paid in advance I could have another treatment at half price. I accepted the offer. I booked for Dec 23 as I was going on an Xmas vacation they rang on 22nd Dec to say they could not keep the appointment could I go in an hours time?? No I was at work and had booked time off for the 23rd. Upon return I went to get my money back partly because they cancelled so late but also because I now realise that their prices are totally over the top!!! Boy they take your money quick enough, getting it back not so easy!!! I had to go in THREE times and cause a scene on the 3rd occasion to get a refund. They handmade me prove I had paid, they Made me go back, they never once called when they said they would I had to explain myself to different people. Eventually it was not about the money, just showing them up in front of their customers for what they really are, complete rip off artists who do not care one moment about customer service only their bank balance. Which I believe will be quite large knowing how they pay some of the lowest wages in Calgary, to the most vulnerable....young immigrants. If this saves one person going there my job will be done..they do not deserve your custom.
