I paid $1,709.62 for a product that I never used due to false alarm defects. The alarm would go off in the middle of the night.
I spent aprox a year trying to get issues resolved. They were never resolved.
I was left on hold, transferred to different agents, and spent as much as an hour on ignore before I gave up.
Ron Williams never returned my calls.
Cancelation dept. never returned call.
According to Better Bus. Bureau you have a total of 976 complaints.
539 product problems per BBB.
Numerous lawsuits in Illinois and Ohio to name a few.
Esmerald told me that a manager would call me back in 10 min. I waited 7 days before I finally called again.
Sent in coupons for rebates with all the info. No response.
Left msg. for James Bandley re: my issues. No response.
