PINNACLE STUDIO COREL SUPPORT I PAID WHAT THEY ASKED FOR ON 1/6/13, CALLED THEM 4 TIMES FOR SUPPORT, AM TOLD THEY WILL GET BACH TO ME, HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. INTERNET, California
I HAVE BEEN USING PINNACLE FOR MANY YEARS, I STARTED WITH STUDIO 10 AND HAVE UP GRADES TO STUDIO 15 ULTIMATE COLLECTION. WHEN I GOT SERVICE IT WAS GREAT. NO PROBLEM AT ALL. AVID DID A GREAT JOB FOR A GREAT PROGRAM. THEN IT HAPPENED TECH SUPPORT WAS SOLD TO COREL AND FROM THEN ON THE SERVICE GOT VERY BAD. THEY ARE TURNING A GREAT PRODUCT INTO A NIGHTMARE FOR ME.
I PAID FOR TECH SUPPORT JAN 6, 2013 AND AS OF THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I STARTED A SMALL BUSINESS BECAUSE BECAUSE I AM RETIRED AND NEEDED TO MAKE MORE MONEY AND I GOT VERY GOOD WITH THIS PROGRAM. I THOUGHT ABOUT GETTING A REFUND, BUT THAT WILL NOT GET THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING SOLVED. IF ANYONE HAS A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS I AM LOSING MANY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE I CAN'T GET THE SUPPORT.
