Complaint Review: Pioneer Natural Pools - Coldspring New York

Mr. Andrea Sardelli of Pioneer Natural Pools has been nothing but honest and a man of his word. I hired him last summer to build a pool for my home and he built me an oasis in my back yard. Him and his wonderful crew walked me through the whole process from design to construction. There was a wide variety of possibilities for my pool. However, the best concept recommended for me was both aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for my budget. The construction process was quick and without any complication whatsoever. Also, I can rest assured that Mr. Andrea Sardelli or a knowledgable member of his staff are always available to answer my questions and ease my concerns. Overall, my experience was a very positive one. I would definitely recommend Mr. Andrea Sardelli to anyone interested in adding a pool to improve the quality of their home.

Mr. Sardelli the reason I smartly refused to make the last payment was because you did not finish my house. How in the world am I going to finish paying for an unfinished product.



I'm also glad that you remember me well. The only reason you did not paid for damages was because you ran away from Puerto Rico (look at the spelling) to Virgin Gorda (foreing country) and now you are in NY.



Regarding your accomplishments, if you count all the people that you have scammed over the years, the child support that you owned in the State of Washington, then you are correct , I don't dream of wrong doing as an accomplishment. Remember, all that information is public record. All I did was some investigation which I regret not doing before I hired you in 2001. Do you still have the gambling addiction? I hope that you are cured from that.



The only thing that I wanted from you was to finish my house properly. I spent $15,000.00 additionally fixing the mess that you left behind. I hope that more poeple find this report and don't hire you. Loosing money sucks?

They can't believe that this is a residence and not a resort. We're extremely happy with the end result and can't imagine our pool being any more stunning than it is now.

In response to Mr. Ivan. Mr. Ivan when you enter in to a contract and agree to fulfill said contract, you should make payments according to the contract. I recall you very well Mr. Ivan, you had no intention on making 1 payment according to your contract. In fact, you used every remedy available to you on your island of Porto Rico to do me out of my money. Mr. Ivan, I have never run from anybody in my life, especially from you, what I have accomplished in my lifetime you can only dream of. If you could have done any damage to me you would have done it but you had no recourse. If you had any you would have been after me in every way which you did but got nowhere. I am sorry I ever got involved with you and your home. Mr. Ivan, you do not know anything about me, you tried to get something from me, but it did not work for you.
