That is exactly why we don’t completely redact the remarks. If we did, it would make the complaints seem more reasonable, rather than irrationally poisoned by hate and ignorant bigotry. Maybe an author who makes racial slurs has a reason to be angry – or maybe they are just stupid racists.
This company is a Rip Off. They sell Telecommunication and Satalite. The owner AVI EINAV is a total scumb bag. He will tell you everything you want to hear. The moment you start accumulating sales he will stop paying you. He will pretend that you owe him money and say your commission will offset the money that is owed because of previous "suppose" cancellations of customers. He promises growth which NEVER happens. He promises bonuses. Which he never pays. Even a weekly base that he stops paying after once. He is a horrible person. And I am sorry to say that but it seems to me that morality is becoming more and more a matter of geography. He is a (((REDACTED RACIST REMARK))) simply put. I have nothing against them, but stereotypes don't fit all of them. This one CREATED the stereotypes for (((REDACTED RACIST REMARK))). Greedy, Money Hungry, Cheap, Selfish, Ready to do anything to get what they want. This means hurting you financially. I advise DO NOT get involved with this company.
Even managers that he hired. He promised them when numbers are hit he would be paying them a bonus. He actually pays the bonus to get more numbers from them and keep them motivated. and then when its time for the next bonus he will say that the first bonus was payed, but in actuality numbers weren't hit and therefore he will be taking it back. unbelievable how long this goes on. it is a constant fight. Until people day in and out just cut their losses and walk away. No one know how this man can sleep at night. He makes his managers sign contracts with him to stay with him for at least a year. Then he milks them for every ounce of energy and hardwork and money money money!!!!! with nothing in return.
They mislead from TELEMARKETING all the way to business to business sales! It is frightening.
Just a small group of people. Him and perhaps 5 others that just do what he tells them to do.
