pirahna gaming Rude, obnoxious and worst customer service I have ever seen and it was the owner racine Wisconsin
I brought my son,s xbox 360 in to pirahna gaming on main st in racine and already felt uneasy as I just read other reports .I believe I didnt get a receipt because he pocketed the money not knowing it was the owner at the time, the drive never played dvds from the start and stopped reading games in 7 days and was noisy so my son happened to recognize him at another local store and mentioned this so he said bring it in and he will look at it not lookingvery happy, My son died in an accident 2 days later so I didn't get in there under the warranty and assuming he was human he would understand and repair it to give to my granddaughter, he asked if I was kidding him that he should fix it since the warranty ran out as if I was devistated and I should have been thinking about an xbox so I even offered to pay for the part and he said no way and was rude, I did ask how he could be so cruel and not understand and he said he will sleep just fine abd said goodbye and goodluck
