pit stop fuels they told me they were going to steal my liheap money, then they did it! they must have a history of getting liheap money then not dilivering any service! standish, Maine
a person in this company told me that they could take my heating assistance, and then they did it. they basically told me that they had my money and there was nothing that i could do about it. i talked to a person on the telephone before they ever came to my house and i could tell that that was what they were going to do. sure enough when they came, they said i wasn't good enough to get fuel and they kept my fuel! now i am freezing! i am sure that they have a history of keeping (poor) peoples monies and fuel. i have absoutely no doubt tha this company is invovled with systematic ripp offs of the most vulnerable and needy of society! this company or employees of this company are thieves!

Maine State Housing Rescinded Customer's Funds

PitStop Fuels has certain guidelines to follow, that are set in place by the Maine State Housing Authority. Due to the circumstances of the above complaint, Maine State Housing Authority had to freeze the LiHeap funds due to insufficient information given by the applicant. This was out of PitStop Fuels' control because we have no authority to allocate funds; that is controlled by Maine State Housing. Maine State Housing requested a site investigation of the applicant. This was denied by the applicant; at that point, Maine State Housing Authority rescinded the funds from the applicant. PitStop Fuels has an A+ rating with Maine State Housing Authority and all of its clients.
