After completing an order on Pizza Hut's web site using a credit card, a button is presented to you to receive $10 off your next order. This button will take you to the Complete Savings web site. Beware............if you do not pay attention and read EVERYTHING and just try to get your coupon, you will end up becoming a member of Complete Savings. They do not explictly tell you after becoming a member that your credit card will be charged $12 a month until you cancel your membership (they probably had this on some page prior to this). IMO, Pizza Hut should NOT be supplying credit card information to a third party. Pizza Hut even states on it's Privacy page that they will do this.
I tried to file a complaint with VISA, thinking that this practice should be in violation of their Merchant Agreement, but VISA wants me to send a letter, since I don't have Pizza Hut's address (???). I may still follow up with VISA since this practice of passing on your credit card information SHOULD not be allowed. There are a few reports of this specific issue on the web and I feel sorry for the people who got caught in this using a debit card.

This is some contact info for you... Its for border foods and they own 95% of all pizza huts in minnesota... this isnt their fault but i they could probably give you some info about who to talk to.

I too have been scammed by Pizza Hut through Complete Savings in the same matter you descirbed. It turns out that they are giving our information to this 3rd party. I am putting inquiries out there if anyone is interested in participate in a class action against Pizza Hut. If so, please email me at (((ROR REDACTED)))
