What the hell is OBSURBED? Did you actually mean ABSURD? From time to time things like this do happen in the food industry. You're going to find a hair from time to time. It just happens. It's not the end of the world. It's not cause for starting a free-for-all either. I can assure you that it wasn't a personal attack on your well-being. Sounds to me like this Pizza Hut actually handled things correctly by replacing the food that you ordered. As far as the sarcasm goes, I would like to know what was actually said. This is where you can jerk a knot in Pizza Hut's rear.

Pizza hut has a rule that all employees except managers where hats. If a employee does not have a hat a hair net would be required. I am sorry that they did not treat you with respect about it. Not all pizza hut run so poorly.

Hair nets are a standard requirement at all PizzaHuts. My suggestion (if you know for a fact that they are NOT WEARING them) call your local healt board and file a formal complaint. I will tell you that hair nets do not stop 100% of hair from falling on food. They do a good job, but not perfect. That is my suggestions because people who don't wear them, make a bad impression on customers. I am extremely customer focused, that is why I hope to run my own PizzaHut soon. I hope this situation gets resolved.
