PLANET AUTO MALL, One of the managers Kinney refused to give my refund after I cancelled my extended warranty!!! Long Island City New York
I have bought a 2004 BMW 525i from Planet Auto Mall, without knowing that this company has a tarnished reputation of scamming customers. I have cancelled my extended warranty contract within a month of purchasing (September 30, 2008). The finance manager guaranteed me that my money would be refunded in one month.
Today is January 6, 2009. I am still waiting for my check. I have tried to contact Kinney, Robert, & Jay for numerous times. I have even gone to the center myself but they're not there and no one would assist me. I tried to call them but the receptionist would always tell me that they're on a meeting! I have left so many messages but those 3 stooges would not return my call.
Has anyone ever experienced the same situation? Could you please contact me in regards on what to do? They would never give me my refund. They broke their promise.
