The same thing happened to me on October 19 of 2017. This gym is a very hostile and abusive environment and some unfortunate people are selected to be the target of this abuse. I have been going to planet fitness for years without issues and dealt with a very abusive and crazy employee named Vivien who harassed and abused me for "scanning my own card" which is the craziest thing I have ever heard of anyway. She was very mean to me and when I went back to ask for a manager she begin mocking and harassing me and at that point I told her I was going to speak to corporate and Make sure she gets fired. In that moment another employee male walks in though she claimed he was the cleaner and witnesses two seconds of that. After being yelled that talked down to and mocked and bullied by this insane evil b**** Vivian as I was leaving this disgusting w**** screams "I'm not done with you yet you're terminated!" I was terminated on the spot after being bullied mocked and yelled at and because I had read these previous reviews I knew that I had no chance because these people bully paying members. You're correct the regional manager is worthless and does absolutely nothing but pretends he's helping you.
The other steroid looking psycho male from another location deemed me an aggressor simply because I talked back to Vivian the psycho b**** After she was aggressive with me the whole time. Planet fitness of Oviedo is a hostile environment and you have absolutely no rights as a customer if they bully or target you then you are screwed. I was also reprimanded for scanning my own membership ID card and literally two employees lied about me and they all deemed me some kind of a criminal for scanning my own ID card which is so freaking crazy you can't even imagine. It's a terrible place full of immature bullies psychos and losers running the place beware

Hello, I need to reach out to you since I recently experienced a horrible experience at Planet Fitness too. Earlier on in the year I was told that I could bring my son with me and I have been taking to the gym with me twice a week (They even let me sign a waiver). Then as we were working out today they told us that he couldn't be there after 3+ months. The guy who spoke to us (while we were working out) said my son had to leave. I told him that he was going to leave. Without getting in into too much details the PF rep, who I later found out was the regional manager, came over again after about 2 min to say that he needed both of us to leave or he will revoke my membership and call the police. The police was called and I was escorted outside.
