My wife just purchased a car from this dealership on July 11th, and the experience was horrible. The worst we have ever been treated by any business period!! They lie to cover up their mistakes, and will tell you anything just to get the contract signed. I would seriously take your business to their sister company Centennial Hyundai in the north part of the valley before going to this company where they only want to rip you off.

My wife purchased a new Elantra on the 11th, and the salesman made a mistake and put the wrong car on the contract. After the contract was signed, they would not simply change the car to the right color interior that she had wanted. What followed was almost 12 days of the rudest customer service we have ever encountered in our lives. At one point, I even had to call the police out to the scene when we couldn't take the bs anymore!!

Again, I tell you nearly 12 days of the worst stressful situation ever!! Hyundai Consumer affairs to date, has not really been much help. We even talked to Hyundai Bank who financed the loan with our problems about the dealership and the car, and they still rewarded dealership and funded the loan after two days of explaining to them how much we disliked the car.

My wife put a substantial amount of money down on the car, (almost half) and they still treated her horribly. I have already filed a BBB complaint, which they have a lot of by the way, many, many complaints, and will be seeking an attorney for the consumer fraud they bestowed upon us.

My advice to you is don't believe anything this dealership will tell you and STAY AWAY from the dishonest practices here... This dealership only cares about their numbers, and not the customer. Not one manager at this company cares about the customer at all, we talked to all of them and nobody did anything at all to help us.

If you still decide to go there, good luck, and we hope you don't get RIPPED OFF like we did....

One final note: The same day we ~FINALLY~ got our green slip, we traded that ugly Elantra for a Sonata at Centennial Hyundai which is what we wanted in the first place.... We lost some money trading in, but it was worth it to be done with Planet Hyundai and their deceptive business practices!!

Please note that this complaint was posted back in 2008.  This business has since changed owners and should not be grouped unfairly with the previous managment. 

As a recent customer of this business (I bought a used car in February of 2011) I can tell you my experience was nothing like the previous customer.  My salesman was very nice, they worked with me to get me to a price I could afford and that I was comfortable with. I took the car back with a few operational questions and their service department was respectful

and helpful.

I would recommend this business to my friends and family.
