Planets Purest Water Rip Off Artists Supreme cypress, California
We purchased 3 Air Water Generators model c21 and got ripped off! This company refused to send us repair parts under warranty, and gave us one excuse after another and dragged this matter on for almost a year. Since we are in Saudi Arabia, they figured they will get away with it.
This conpany has made false claims about their equipment quality and their promises of support. Beware of dealing with this company. We have written proof of their dishonesty, and if anyone wants it to support their legal claim of how dishonest these people are, just ask us.

It appears the Ontario Superior Court doesn't see 8000+ cases a year. I can not find this court record or any proceedings in 2009 or 2010 involving Hubert Pinder. Please provide valid information regarding this case so I can find the court proceedings.

To Whom It May Concern: It has come to my attention that a previous posting by me re Planet's Purest Water and their connection with Prospero Group, Cavitation Concepts and the individual Hubert L. Pinder may have been construed as PPW soliciting them. Such is not the case! It was Prospero Group, Cavitation Concepts and the individual Hubert L. Pinder who sought the attention of PPW. I regret any misunderstanding this posting may have caused.

Interesting that this company has found a partner in Hubert L Pinder, Cavitation Concepts Corporation. A person and company with whom I have a judgment against in the amount of $5,154,500 garnered March 19, 2010 in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court File 8875/09
