You're not even close in the area of collecting a refund, because they haven't asked you for personal information. I would also like to know more about that notarized affidavit. This corportation has a bad reputation for not honoring wins, and giving out prizes, in any amount of money. They have no problems telling people they are winners, but the tendancy at this point; is unfortunately not to follow through. They also go by the name FreeLotto.com. The address for this alias is an exact match for yours. Their business classification is perplexing for stating them as Internet Sales & Service-Advertising. Doesn't sound like a casino to me. This corporation also has the deviant habit of asking people for personal informtion, like their driver's license, personal photographs, and various other personal information. I could understand some screening, but this appears suspicious. It could be that they plan to set up phoney customer testimonies or just want to run of with everything you own, through Internet/Electronic identity theft. May be it's neither, but your report does not include just how much information you gave out to them. news.admin.net does not like them because of their mass spamming. They get a lot of Web Hosts, and other consumers, complaining about the spam from FreeLotto.com It's sounds like you have some contact/background information, but I wanted to run this by you, just to play it safe. The start date for this business was 1-1-98, Principaled by Mr. Kevin Aronin, CEO. Local New York phone number: 1-212-931-6760, FAX: 1-212-931-6761, all numbers the same, except for 60 and 61 noted. They have a 9 page report about FreeLotto Rules. I suggest you print that out and read it, just to rule out the possibility you are not truly qualified. There are also specific instructions on how you are supposed to respond. They state, "If you are Prize winner you must respond with you TSN per the instructions of your FreeLotto results email." There is an emphasis on that "TSN". You might no better what it means, since you've done this before. Here is another additional name: Jumpstart Media. Additional numbers: 1-212-375-6207 or 1-121-375-6208. These numbers may not be any good, I have not tried this contact information. I know it is tedious, but you need to access: http://www.freelotto.com/Rules.asp. Maybe there was one "i" you forgot to dot, or some "t" you forgot to cross. Hope this helps.
