Platinum Benefit Group ripoff, liars, fraud, they put people on the phone to act like they are you after you hang up Clearwater Florida
The platinum benefit group called me and offered me this great deal on a credit card, but when they tried to tell me all these fees that applied to the card I said no thanks and hung up. But to my suprise my checking account was still charged the enrollment fee I supposedly authorized them to take out of my account.
So, I call and talk to a supervisor, they play the call back to me from when they called me and at the end of the phone call after I had all ready hung up on them they have a voice answering yes to questions I was never even asked. So now they are going to send me a letter and I can send back a rebuttel to try and get MY money back. What a great company to do business with. Not only do they scam you to get your money they also commit fraud and put other people on the other end of the phone line answering questions for you to authorize themselves to take money out of your account.
