I received the product on 9/9 and began the trial period. My account was charged the full price on 9/21, only 12 days after receiving it. When I called to complain, I was told the 14 free trial period began on the date of order 9/2, not on the date I received it. I complained that I could not begin the trial until I received the product. The customer support person said, "sorry no refund". I threatened to report this, she put my on hold, then returned and offered a partial refund. I insisted on cancelling my account. The following day I received one email that stated my account was cancelled and my account was not charged, the I received a second email stating my account would receive a partial refund. Then today, I received another email stating my second bottle would be shipped and my account would be charged again.
