You purchased a membership at Playa del Sol Grand (now known as Bel Air Collection). While you are titled at one specific location, you are a Member of the Club and entitled to use any location. Almost all timeshare operations have a provision wherein twice the annual maintenance fee can be charged once every 7 years for furniture replacement. The purpose of this practice is to build the reserve, so needed furniture CAN be replaced. This does not necessarily guarantee that the furniture in your assigned unit will be replaced. It is to your advantage when the Club expands. Expansion means more memberships will be sold, inventory will increase, and more people will be attracted to the new locations (building a more solid base).

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare. My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud.
