They have been taking small sums of money from my checking account, I have never signed up for anytype of vacation club or timeshare but somehow they have my checking account information. They keep switching back and forth between the names of eclubusa and players vacation club and taking betwee $44.0 and $45.00 each week. When I call the 877-532-2800 number related to the companies I can never get anything but an answering machine telling me to call back during regular business hours. I did find an email address which I did email to them demanding they stop taking out unauthorized money, I also notified my bank and the only way to stop them is to close my account and open a new one. I have never had such a membership and do not know if anyone else has had this problem. I do not know how or where they got my information and the only way I use online payments is thru paypal and always thought it was safe...now I'm debating that also.

I have been a customer of Player's Vacation Club for about 10 yrs and I have never had the issues that I see listed here. I have done Resort vacations, cruise(For my honeymoon) and air/hotel trips. As a matter of fact I have one scheduled thru them now for March.
In the years I have been dealing with them I had one incident about 8 yrs ago when the place we reserved overbooked. We ended up at a different place with 2 rooms instaed of one and my ex-wife's kids had their own suite connected to ours which they loved.
I have dealt with Rob and he has always been great and gone above and beyond to help out. It may be a little more than looking by yourself and finding the great deal on some obscure website but they find good deals at a good price and when you go on vacation you actually have money to spend since you didn't have to use all your money to pay for the vacation. My wife and I will continue to use them and I just wanted to say that every company can have problems but if you work with them you can usually work it out. Thay have been in business for quite a while so I don't think they are going to disappear overnight.
Just my opinion.

Firstly, the charges you are refering to are the annual membership for our eClubUSA members. This account was signed up at least one year ago. The renewals are set as the two payments listed above. We did send notice a month and a half prior but I am unsure if we have the correct address still.
Lastly, you appear to live in Florida. We are in California so you will have to call us between 12pm and 8pm EST to speak with a representative. Please note we are not open on the weekends.
