Plenty of Fish has almost none. POF misrepresents almost everything they do. On the internet, they claim to be a free site, then they charged me $79.92 twice to use the site. The first time, I joined their site and then canceled. I thought they refunded my money so I joined a second time and the charged me again. They knew that I paid them already and they ripped me off. So they are not a free site.
Then I get on the site and they have almost no women. They recycle women to make it look like they have a lot. In other words, when I reject someone, or they reject me, that same woman comes up in searches again. Their system for tracking your activity is poor. I contacted many women and their tracking system only showed about three. So I had no idea if I was contacting the same woman two or three times. That's embarrasing.
Then the women are on the wrong site so you get totally embarrased. I made a date with one woman who contacted me about 5 minutes before the date asking me questions about my profile. I said I wanted a woman who was uninhibited and she accused me of wanting a "hook up." She was a prude. Asking for uninhibited women is NOT looking for a hook up. I told her that we would date first and see if we hit it off. She ignored me. Then she read that I am non-religious and she demanded to know if I believed in God, and if I was a Christian. There is a site for Christians and so she was on the wrong site. So I told her it was none of her business and cut her off.
In about two or three weeks on the site, I did not get one date. The women just wanted to talk and every time I asked someone if they wanted to meet, they refused to answer. I wondered if they were real potential dates or just plants. And I had to reject many women who were not in my commuting area. I would say that 80% of the women they fed me we outside my area. I think that shows that they have very few women in their service. I even got women from states that were far away from mine.
So finally I canceled my service again and asked for a refund. It was then that I discovered that I paid them twice. When I signed off the second time I saw a notice that they do NOT give refunds. They didn't tell me this before I signed on or I would not have used their service. When I emailed them today, 6/28/2017, they sent me a canned response that said that they cannot answer emails. So I reported them to PayPal to see if they could help. They ususally do. I love PayPal.
But if anyone uses this service, CAVEAT EMPTOR. Let the buyer beware. I think it's a Rip Off.
